Dwight and his staff at Winninggear epitomize customer service. They took care of us from beginning to end and kept us informed on the status of our order. I came in contact with Winninggear after I had a bad experience with another supplier who over promised and under delivered. Dwight assured me that he could get the jerseys and delivered in a timely manner. Well they came through on their promise. Winninggear came in this year (2007/2008) as an authorized uniform provider for National Junior Basketball (NJB). After their presentation we were so impressed that we decided to go with them for our uniform needs. Dwight and team provided outstanding customer service and on time delivery. One of our orders was called in on a monday and by that Friday evening it was completed, and personally delivered by the owner. The order consisted of 150 plus sets of uniforms, some reversible. We had them in time for our Saturday tournament. Now if thats not customer service then I dont know what is.
